Venkatakrishnan Srinivasan (Venkat) is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rockfort Fincap LLP. He brings extensive experience in India's debt capital markets, with a career spanning bond syndication, rupee fundraising, structured finance and institutional investor markets.
Venkat has worked with a wide range of issuers — corporates, PSUs, NBFCs and financial institutions — advising on funding strategy, instrument selection, bond structuring, pricing and investor positioning across India's fixed-income markets.
His deep understanding of institutional investor preferences, investment mandates and market dynamics enables him to provide issuers with practical, execution-focused advisory that bridges the gap between funding requirements and market realities.
